Our goal of working to protect the environment has led us to obtain the prestigious European Ecological Label or Ecolabel ES-EU/051/00038, which recognizes and makes visible the efforts of all the people who work at Gran Zubieta La Concha.

The building has the best energy rating. The A rating implies that the building has less than 50kw/m2 of annual energy consumption. This is achieved thanks to excellent thermal insulation and airtight windows.
The lighting is done entirely with LED technology lamps.
The water flow is limited to guarantee optimal use while maintaining the quality of service.
We reduce waste by providing bathroom amenities in dispensers.
We provide guests with containers to carry out the selective collection of all waste.
We provide information to enjoy San Sebastián in a responsible and sustainable way
